The location was great. Close enough to walk to everything but far enough that it wasn’t loud at night. A few good restaurants within a one minute walk of the condo. A convenience store next door. The kids pools were great. The condo itself was very clean and had a code so we could all come and go as we please. A very easy, nice vacation spot!

Apartment was clean, close to the beach and shops and the pool was great. Amenities of the place were perfect for what we needed.

Very comfortable stay. It was home from home.

The unit itself was overall nice and acceptable for our stay, but it did not feel as new and clean as advertised. Upon arrival we noticed a few issues right away like there were no hand towels in either the kitchen or bathroom, and there were some dirt stains on parts of the bedding, which made the space feel less well-maintained than expected. The biggest issue for us was that the WiFi was not working. We needed reliable internet because we were working during our stay, so I messaged the host. After about 24 hours of generic responses with no real progress, it felt like I was communicating with AI rather than a person. After contacting Vrbo customer service, they were able to connect with the host directly. Once that happened, the WiFi and the hand towels were addressed within a few hours. When they came to fix the internet, they had to bring an additional modem, which made it seem likely that the WiFi may not have been working even prior to our arrival. That said, there were some positives. The balcony was very nice, the building amenities were good, and it was convenient to have a washer and dryer in the unit.Overall, the place worked fine for our stay and had potential, but it could definitely have been cleaner and better tended to, especially given that it’s advertised as a newer building.
