Hermando was incredible! He assisted with check in and luggage (stairs). He communicated quickly on all inquiries and was generally very informative. When we arrived he shared that the hot water was being repaired and then gave us an update when it was ready.
Our room (#1) was spectacular and well appointed. It was surprisingly quiet overlooking Piazza Navona. Ideal closet storage, blackout drapes, Nespresso and fresh water. The bed was extremely comfortable!!!!

This was a lovely hotel. We have a view of the square and the air conditioning was amazing! It is a very small hotel only 7 rooms but has the perfect location. All major attractions are walkable. Our room was large and very well equiped and new. I would love to stay here again.
