We had a great stay. The house was clean, well stocked and best of all the location was perfect for walking to the beach and the main downtown Encinitas area. Would definitely stay again with my family!

Overall great place and location. View of ocean wonderful. Would rent again. Very responsive property managers. Really easy to work with. Suggestions: need upgrade on outside furniture and suggest outside table and L shaped couch in LR. Not enough seating to entertain with such a wonderful location. Need to have supplies available like chairs, umbrella and boogy boards but they brought right away on request.

Very nice, updated house in the perfect location for an Encinitas vacation. The house is basically a block away from the beach in one direction and a block away from the main Encinitas street with all the restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and bars in the other. I would definitely stay in this house again for future stays in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. A great location in Encinitas within walking of everything except a grocery store. The house was clean and included all of the amenities needed in a rental. I think the owner is new to renting this house a few things were missing; garbage bags and paper towels for an example. Overall, a great house.
