The property was nice and clean, but hard to keep clean with all the road construction and sand. We did our best, but a swiffer would have been nice. The apartment is across the street from a park, where we could walk dogs very easily. It also had a Farmer's Market on Saturday which was very handy for fresh vegetables. It was a really great location for two dogs.....and many of the guests had pets.

The property was cute and basically met our needs. The living room furniture is too small and uncomfortable for tall people. Roku television program selection is the pits. We had trouble finding the location because we did not realize we had to drive through a muddy construction zone to get to it. The parking lot was flooded after the rain. It seemed the unit had not been used in a while because of the dead flies on the floor and "grit" on the shower shelves. There was also a nest of hair on the bedroom floor. There were stains on the pillowcase and comforter in the queen bedroom. The base boards just need to be wiped with a wet rag to remove stains/dust. We appreciated having ice cubes and the water that was provided. It would be helpful to have a booklet that pointed out things such as the outside area and restaurant suggestions, things to do, etc. As I said in the beginning, it met our needs for this short stay as we spent most of our time at an event at Oceana Air Base.

Our stay at Sojourn’s Harborage S was a positive experience overall. The neighborhood is very quiet at night, though mornings can be a bit noisy due to ongoing construction nearby. While the construction made access slightly challenging, it was still manageable. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. We did notice a minor gnat issue in our room—despite keeping things tidy and taking out the trash, we saw a few coming from the sink. That said, the overall experience was good, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Beds looked like they weren't properly cleaned. Hair in both beds and in the shower. Remote for the tv didnt work. We even bought batteries and it still didnt work. Construction right outside the place the entire time we where there. Wish they would have lt us know. .
