Overall had a great stay. Location was nice. Quick walk to the beach, close to the pool and hot tubs. I understand what other reviewers meant by the hallway being dark and dingy, but it was clean so no big deal for us. I always saw someone going around cleaning up the condo complex. The unit itself was nice and bright. The kitchenette is good for the basics like making some eggs, not ideal for any major cooking, which I knew and planned accordingly. Lots of beach stuff for us to use during our stay like chairs, boogie boards, toys, so that was very nice! Definitely a great choice for any smaller groups who want to be close to the beach!

Beautifully decorated condo. We stayed 5 nights for a ladies trip. 4 adults fit comfortably. The beds were soooo comfortable. Hosts have very accurate information and were very easy to communicate with. Would absolutely stay here again!

The condo itself was great and the owner was wonderful. My family (two adults, three teens) found the unit a little small for five people our size, but it would be perfect for a couple or a family with younger kids. If forgot to check, but there was not full-size refrigerator (we ended up eating out way more than expected) and no in-unit washer/dryer. There's shared laundry on the same floor. Beach access is close, which is a big plus. The entry/exit setup, though, is a pain, especially with a loaded beach wagon. The only pedestrian gate is at the top of stairs, so rolling a wagon out means sending someone ahead to open the vehicle gate. Two pools and hot tubs are available, but one hot tub was broken the entire stay, making the other crowded. We also lost water for on one of our days and the elevator stopped working on Day 3; rough when you're hauling beach gear up and down floors. Finally, every unit has a metal security gate in front of the door, which gives the hallways a "jail-like" feel. The complex would look much better if these were removed, or if the locks were replaced with simple handles. This rigid atmosphere was reinforced by the armed security guard patrolling for the required yellow wristbands. He was quite rude when telling people to go back to their rooms to get them. The owner is fantastic and the room is nice, but the complex itself has some management and structural hurdles that hold it back from being a premium resort experience.

Room was really nice on the inside but ghetto on the outside. It kinda reminded me of the Bates Hotel on the outside.
