Plenty of space for our family of 5. Literally 50 meters away from 7/11 and subway station. About a 5 minute walk from the local supermaket. Very nice host.

If I have to be picky I would say it would have been nice if the big TV in the living room was a smart TV so the kids can access streaming channels.

Everything!! We were originally booked somewhere else for twice the price and half the size - the best thing I did was change to this place. It is HUGE by Japan standards. Seperate bedroom and kitchen/living room meant our teen could have time to himself and we weren’t in each others hair 24/7. We stayed for 6 nights and could not find one fault. The hosts were thorough and thoughtful and everything we needed was readily available. The location is a 30 second walk from 7/11 with lawsons around the corner and two supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. The subway station is about 45 seconds away which was perfect for us with a baby and my husbands disabled leg. Overall the place was immaculate - spotlessly clean and had many cooking utensils and it also had KARAOKE with every song you could imagine ( over 200 Taylor swift songs ). Amazing owner and staff who also own and run the bbq restaurant downstairs. Noise didn’t bother us and smell was fine ( unsure why it seemed to be an issue in other reviews it’s just a slightly Smokey smell and only outside on balcony )

Nothing - it was perfect
