Big fridge freezer. Firm beds, comfortable. Quiet location but so close to BrickLane it was convenient to just walk to a good restaurant.. Also very close to the tube station.

The TV proved impossible to navigate-none of us being familiar with the system, and there was no ordinary coffee or tea, but fortunately we brought our own. Not a complaint, just an observation

Loved the directions provided to get to the apartment as well as the instructions on how to get the key and how to get in. Apartment was as expected with accurate photos on advert. Quiet area at night, being off the main road. Comfortable beds.

Apartment felt a little tired, maybe a fresh coat of paint needed? Freezer drawers were difficult to use due to being iced up. Sofa arm rests need tightening up as they are very loose! Wall damage in bedroom due to leak looks unsightly. Biggest problem was the shower which has been commented on in almost every review but still not sorted. We found it to be almost unusable. When you've had a long, tiring day in London you really do want a long hot shower when you get home and this was just not possible. Would stay again but only if shower was sorted first.
