Charming welcoming, and very efficient hostess. The horse box was small but well appointed. A very good location for Goodwood. Parking. Good local pub.
Benji.
My old bones had difficulty getting out of bed.

Very tranquil despite being close to the road and therefore very well connected for road and rail to get to. A well thought out conversion of the horse box!
It wouldn’t be suitable if you had mobility issues

A really cosy little horse box! Nicely done out!

The host Rose was very pleasant and tried very hard to make sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. She was easily reachable during our stay when we had a question. Check-in was easy and there were several videos to assist with the facilities. The location of the venue suited our needs as we were visiting West Wittering beach. The fact we could stay with our 2 dogs at no extra charge was a bonus.
Unfortunately, the main property is undergoing building works so the site had evidence as such, including a skip. The grounds around the converted horse box needed a good tidy up. Some of the garden furniture was broken. The chickens next to the horse box made sitting outside unpleasant due to the odour. The noise from the main road impacted on our sleep.
