Nice and quiet. Even though right next to a train station it was so quiet that we did not even realize until the next morning. Great location outside of the downtown. The shower was fantastic.
Double bed mattress are not very good. I would rate then 5.5 out of 10. Yet the bunk bed ones were great... which my children would not let us swap ;)

Everything is new and clean
The apartment seems to prioritize design over comfort and practicality. It lacks some basic essentials such as hooks and a bath mat in the bathroom, a wardrobe for clothes, and a microwave.
