Location near park and choice of restaurants. On bus route so easy commute. Spacious accommodation. Friendly hosts with helpful information.

Shower over bath could have been improved with a side screen to keep the water in the bath.

Facile d'accès par Metro et bus. Des hôtes accueillants, disponibles. Une grande chambre équipée et confortable. Jolie quartier au calme.

I stayed at Modern eingerichtetes Zimmer in Munich for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The property is run by a charming retired couple who are truly welcoming and make you feel at home right away. The room itself is on the top floor and you feel like in your own apartment. It is simple yet highly functional, nothing fancy, but it had everything I needed for a short business stay. The house is in a very quiet area and you can enjoy a very calm stay. The location is convenient for getting around Munich, and for the price it offers good value compared to other options in the city. A cost-effective and practical downtown stay. Overall a straightforward and budget-friendly option with exceptionally kind hosts. I'd definitely return next time in town.
