This place is absolutely the best! until you see it in person you have no idea how cozy yet spacious it really is (it looks little from the outside). It was also quiet with hardly any traffic or loud groups walking around, that was a huge plus. the beds are comfy and the kitchen was perfect for us to cook our own meals so it made the trip less expensive. We are also paranormal investigators and did conduct an investigation here. The owners are super and left us little gifts as well. We have already booked this for my b-day in Jan!
The hot water didn't get hot enough for me, but other than that there is no negatives to report!

The hot tub, back yard , washer dryer and overall space.
It was all great. Maybe another tarp for the backyard for the sun when it's really hot

Conveniently located close to historic downtown St. Augustine. House is decorated beautifully with a great use of space. I really liked the pictures and information about the school, they give you a better understanding of the house. The owners were very responsive and nice. I would definitely stay here again.
