The villa accommodation and amenities were excellent. The unit was spacious yet cosy and well equipped. Short easy stroll to the lagoon and the Shark Bay Hotel and the beach Coffee Shack. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Friendly and attentive staff. Visitors staying over at the villas had full access to the hotel amenities such as the pool, restaurant and spa. We will definitely return.

Geyser water was lukewarm warm only for all showers.

The location in Shark Bay is world class. Although we stayed in a villa we had breakfast at the hotel which was fantastic. Good food and friendly service.

We like to sleep with a window open in the bedroom for fresh air, however, the unit only has sliding doors and we did not feel comfortable in having the door open through the night.

Please expect to make additional payment on arrival for Villa with hot-tub. On the first day, there is a R500 fee which covers the water and wood, but since it takes about two hours to heat the tub and stays warm for around three hours, a lot of wood is used each time. That means after the first day, you have to keep buying more wood daily. One pack of wood costs R120, so if you use the hot tub every day during your stay, you need to budget R120 or more per day just for wood. The rooms were clean, but the bedding very dirty, kids bedding had stains. There was hair on my pillows, and the WHITE pillowcases were off-colour, brownish instead of cream white. The white towels also had hair on them. Overall, it was clear the place wasn’t deeply cleaned, just lightly refreshed. It seemed like the cleaning staff simply smelled the bedding to decide if it needed changing rather than replacing it with a newly washed clean one.
