Supper modern, clean, safe, very well organised, highly recommended.
Mattresses were too soft and hurt the Back but that’s a personal view so I assume a soft mattress would suit some people.

Great facilities, good location for motorway and nearby amenities. Everything new and spotless. Very responsive staff.
Sofa bed a little uncomfortable but otherwise everything great.

Access was easy enough. Room was adequate size & clean.
Layout of rooom not great with 1 of the shower right near the front door meaning you had to walk through the main area.
Only 1 socket in the room I was in & poorly located behind the bedside cabinet which couldn't even fit bedside the bed!!!
1 lift was broken when we arrived. By the time we got back from our function around 2am the other 1 was broken & we were on the 8th floor. Furthermore 1 of my friends has mobility issues. And I knew that lift had broken long before 2am as the next morning as we struggled downstairs to check out the repair guy saud other guests told him they'd reported it the Saturday evening but he only got called at 8am. On top of that we couldn't put the refuse ir door token away as it had expired due to the length of time it took us to get downstairs. Then I was offered a complimentary later check after the fact!
My friend said she wasn't happy that we couldn't even watch freeview TV which you can even access abroad
