Very good location

Mouldy and dirty throughout. Needed a good clean and coat of paint. Sink in shower room did not drain as plug did not come out the plug hole. We had to wash our hands and brush our teeth over the kitchen sink No holder to put soap or shampoo in shower Shower particularly mouldy and door in bad condition No fans or air con Kitchen sink plug did not plug properly so the water drained out the sink before you finished washing the dishes No electric kettle No oven or grill No dishwasher  No washing machine or airer Television is in bedroom with no chairs to sit on to watch
