Spectacular views in a great location.
Guests should be aware that they are likely to be woken up by church bells and cheering students. For me it was a bonus, but it might not be for everyone.

The oinly problem is the steep lane/street outsied - inaccesible by taxi and hard to walk for the "older person.
Anonymous entry and and access - but excellent value .

No tea towel to dry dishes.
Laundry - allegedly you can leave laundry in the room and it would be returned (washed) the next day. That did not happen.
Sofa bed was broken so could only sit on half of the couch.
Cleaning staff were very helpful when we arrived.
