Emplacement idéal pour visiter Grenade à pied, proche des restaurants et des lieux de visites. Logement bien équipé, très propre dans un environnement calme. Le parking très proche de l'appartement est un vrai plus dans une ville où le stationnement est difficile

A notre arrivée nous avons dû appeler la plateforme car la porte censée s’ouvrir à distance ne s'ouvrait pas mais la personne au téléphone a vite résolu le problème.

El sistema de apertura de llaves no funcionó al principio, y tuvo que venir el anfitrión a abrirme y explicar el funcionamiento, ya que no era como aparecía en las instrucciones. También había problemas en el acceso al parking (a pesar que lo habíamos preguntado), por obras en las calles de acceso, lo que hizo que perdiera las primeras 3 horas de mi estancia, hasta que se solucionó el problema favorablemente. Los 2 últimos días, el aire acondicionado dio algún problema.

Wir sind rundum zufrieden mit dieser schönen Wohnung. Sie liegt in einer Seitengasse und dadurch ist es schön ruhig. Es war alles sauber und es war alles vorhanden was man so brauchte. Die Wohnung ist komplett klimatisiert was bei der Hitze wirklich für alle sehr angenehm war. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Das einzige was für uns etwas tricky war, war die Tiefgarage zu finden. Wenn man sich aber das Erklärvideo, was man vorab bekommt, ganz genau anschaut, dann bekommt man das auch hin. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und man bekam umgehend eine Rückmeldung zu Fragen. Der Zugang zur Wohnung war problemlos über Code bzw. Schlüssel. Sollten wir wieder einmal nach Granada reisen, dann wäre diese hübsche Wohnung definitiv wieder in der Auswahl.

I had to contact the owner again, who told me that I just had to touch the keyboard with the key chip. I appreciate the communication with the owner, but I do not understand why he complicates himself with those messages if it does not help the tourist!? The biggest problem is parking. It is a real adventure to find the parking lot, driving down an extremely narrow street, full of tourists. Indeed, the tourist is sent a video, with access to the parking lot, but the film is useless. He'd rather just be sent a picture, but the access door to the parking lot, for easier identification! However, the parking process is very difficult: first I had to park in a public parking lot, then I had to go to the apartment to pick up the access keys, then I had to go to the public parking lot, pick up the car and move it to the private parking lot. The same procedure, but in reverse, must be done at check-out. I mention that you can not stay in the area in any way. In the apartment, the cleaning leaves something to be desired, dust, a lot of dust everywhere, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom at all, I bought it myself. The lid of the trash can was broken (it's only 10 euros a trash can), but the big surprise was the first morning in the bathroom...2 cockroaches climbed on my leg. Luckily there's a spray against cockroaches in the kitchen! I kept all my luggage closed!
