The location!!!
The bathroom is the only issue for me. Not that spacious but still works. And oh there's no elevator in the building.

clean room and with extra / free toiletries
1. No wall-mounted hooks or towel holders are provided in CR.
2. no cabinet or chair, we put all our things in the floor
3. I requested a next door room for my children, but we are far with each other....
4. Breakfast is good, worth the price.

Friendly Staff
Booked me in the 4th floor with no elevator and staff did not assist me with my heavy luggage and TV remote has poor batteries.

The breakfast is okey. The location is not too good. Noisy. Too loud for us
No elevator. Too loud. Noisy.
