Loved the size of the Villa plenty of space for us all to feel comfortable

Such a shame there was a lovely garden and we were fortunate with the weather and yet no where to sit outside. Also stated 6 bedrooms so therefore I would expect enough crockery for 12 people yet only 8 mugs and 8 forks. Disappointed that on the window sills dead bugs and on the carpet in the master bedroom one in the bath too. Spider webs on the ceiling in the lounge and behind radiators. Needs an update and some repainting. I still had a fantastic couple of days with my family, despite having to sit outside as the key code sent wasn't the right one requiring me to phone two times to get the correct code.

Good property for a large group of. Well equipped

It was very spacious, in a perfect location for The Belfry, where we played golf and extremely quiet. There was plenty of hot water for the amount of people staying in the accommodation.

There were a couple of things missing. There was no cork screw and we could have done with some oven gloves and champagne flutes.

A large house in a beautiful part of Sutton Coldfield. Ample room and a large garden providing complete privacy at the back of the property.

The floors were sticky and filthy. The carpets hadn’t been hoovered. The electric shower didn’t work in the upstairs bathroom. Not even a tea towel provided, although there were clean towels and bed linen. Bizarre shelving in wardrobes prevented us from hanging clothes. No welcome book and complete lack of information really. Such a shame as all the above could be easily rectified.
