Great location - above a busy bar/restaurant, but calm and quiet. Right in the middle of one of the busiest tourist streets, but you would never know it once inside. Spacious for one, very comfortable, with a functioning kitchen and a small balconey area to sit out - not much to look at, but nice during good weather. Lots of restaurant options within a hundred yards.
A bit of walking involved, as not on a road that cars or taxis can access - but a couple of hundred yards from a couple of drop off points. No parking nearby. Some stairs need to be negotiated (none of this an issue for me).

The location was great and the studio was tastefully decorated. It also has everything you need for a few days in the kitchen and bathroom.
I’d primarily booked this option of many based on the first image showing trees out of the window, but in reality it’s currently scaffolding. Unfortunately the shower was also very temperamental - either a trickle or boiling hot. Sleeping was also a bit challenging as the curtains were very thin and since the location is on a cute street with lots of restaurants- would recommend bringing earplugs to block out the music from below.
