È molto spaziosa (due camera + anche zona giorno/cucina). La cucina era molto fornita: utensili, stoviglie, pentole ma anche sale, zucchero e stracci che di solito non ci sono. Ci sono stati dati molti asciugamani e nel complesso la casa era pulita. Inoltre, la modalità di check-in è stata molto semplice e l’host si è reso disponibile a tenere i nostri bagagli nell’appartamento anche dopo l’orario di check-out.

Il divano era parecchio scomodo. La vasca era rialzata quindi non comodissima e mancava un doccino (c’era solo il soffione in alto); inoltre, c’era un po’ di muffa nei bagni e un po’ di polvere qui e là in zone che però solitamente si puliscono di rado. Ci sono state fornite poche coperte. Infine, la comunicazione tramite Booking è stata un po’ lenta: in alcuni casi ho dovuto sollecitare per avere un riscontro, ma alla fine è andato tutto bene e le risposte sono state chiare.

There are 2 bedrooms, but the living room+kitchen is a separate room (it has its own door, and the entrance is through the corridor). There is an air-condition (that fortunately we didn't need) in the living room. It isn't pampering, but it has everything. We got to London by noon, and the host allowed early check in.

Everything was minimal. It needs some renovation. Some door handles are broken, there were only 2 toilets papers for 5 people for 4 nights. You get what you pay for, and it is not hard to but the missing parts, but at a extra price of 5 pounds a night, he could have done the apartment much better. When I wrote about missing soap, he didn't reply.

The place was clean and safe for a family. Have all the amenities for a long stay and have place to do simple cooking. Value for money

The location is debatable depends on your pace of holiday. I would say the place quite far from london attraction due to the nearby train line is not connected to other main line.

We liked the area. The bus stop situated right in front of the apartment, the fish and chips place nearby, and the quiet. The flat has wooden floors, the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is big and clean. Despite being a bit worn out, the amenities are allright and fitting the price. If not for the mould and the bad communication, I would rate it 8/10.

The mold in the bathroom and the lack of communication from our host were the biggest problems. It's totally unsanitary to leave black mould in the bathroom. It's on the ceiling and also in the washing machine container. There should be ventilation in the bathroom! I wouldn't rank that low if the host had communicated with us. Instead, I have been bombarded with automatically-generated messages while there was no reaction to my complaint about the mould. Before the stay, it took the host days to reply to my question about the iron and the ironing board. During our stay, there was no answer apart from those automatically-generated messages. Also, the towels smelled bad. They were washed but not dried properly and they got the mouldy smell. There was an issue with the front door opening. Sometimes it took 10 attempts to ring the bell and get the door opened. It would help if there were more than just one set of keys for a flat that can fit 8 people.
