We had a very pleasant stay overall. The apartment has two good-sized bedrooms and two separate bathrooms, which was very convenient. As mentioned in many previous reviews, the second bathroom has a rather small sink and shower, but it was perfectly functional and did the job for us. The apartment was generally clean when we arrived. The owner was accommodating and allowed us to check in a little earlier, which we appreciated. The apartment is well equipped with a hairdryer, a clothing iron, and a kitchen that includes basic utensils, a dishwasher, as well as cooking essentials like oil and salt. The air conditioning worked very well, and the apartment stayed cool despite us visiting in the middle of a July heatwave. The location is in a much quieter area than the city centre, while still being very well connected. There is a metro station nearby and several bus lines within a short walking distance. There are also plenty of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops nearby.

There were a few minor issues, and extra maintenance is advised. The drain in the en-suite shower was blocked when we arrived, but we managed to unclog it ourselves. Some of the dishes had not been properly cleaned, and the dishwasher would benefit from having dishwasher salt and rinse aid/liquid topped up. It would also be nice to have black pepper available in the kitchen and a few more wine glasses, as there was only one. The towels could be replaced, as some had holes and showed signs of wear, and more comfortable pillows would improve the stay. We took out our own rubbish, so having a few extra trash bags available would have been appreciated. During our stay, the water boiler stopped working, but the owner arranged for it to be fixed very quickly. Finally, there is no washing machine available; this wasn't an issue for us, but it's something to keep in mind if you're planning a longer stay.

The place was clean and comfortable. Easy access to metro and delicious tiramisu was right down the road. Any question we had was quickly answered.

The small shower needs some attention. The little shelf attached to the wall was falling off and the shower doors didn’t fit together well unless one of the glass doors was off the track. Also one towel seemed to have some weird black hard smear on it.
