It is nicely located just outside the city center. It is a very quiet condominium and the apartment is really modern, well facilitated. The owners are very helpful and kind.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Although small, the layout was well thought out to maximise the space. Conveniently located about 10 min walk from Porta Nuova train station and 25 min walk to historical city centre.
Upon arrival, we found it a bit tricky to open the building door and the apartment door, despite the instructions provided. Once we figured out how the virtual key system worked, we had no further issues accessing the apartment.
8 / 10Eccellente·mar 2025
The apartment is very comfortable, furnished to a high standard and clean. The location is about a 20 minute walk to the center of the historic part of Verona.
Construction is still going on in the building and so first impressions are not good. We found that parking was also difficult as there are businesses and students that also utilize the complex. The lift to the apartment is run down and noisy and given that the lift is next to the bedroom wall of the apartment this is disturbing at night. The apartment itself, however, is excellent.
