This is the most well stocked place I have ever stayed at. Including coffee in the kitchen, sharp kitchen knives, ice in the freezer, plentiful pots, pans, glasses and dishware, including for small children. Detergent and dryer sheets in the laundry room. First aid kit in the bathroom. Plentiful clean linens. Space heater. I was very pleasantly surprised, as many short-term rentals in my experience are usually lacking quite a bit in one or more of these areas.
Well, it could have had an ocean view, I suppose ;-) but other than that I can't think of a thing.

Cute coastal vibe, very clean and comfortable. 2 mile walk to Pebble Beach was easy. House was well stocked with everything you would need for a vacation
Property. The laundry was great if you were on a multi day road trip and needed to wash some items
Across the street neighbors barking dog early morning and late night, but that is really nothing the owner can control

Lovely little house. Looks to have been recently renovated. Host was very nice and responsive. Neighbors were quiet. The next door neighbor was a sweet older lady. We will definitely look to stay here again when we're in Crescent City.
Only 1 bathroom. But it was very clean.
