After a horrible experience with Homewood suites I booked with this hotel and they were nothing but amazing accommodated an early check-in. The hotel is clean. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is great but more importantly the staff is really on point with customer service, especially Lupe.
The elevators were a little scary, but I think they were working on them

Great location and decent free breakfast
Staff members too busy sitting in office on their phones. It seemed as they didn’t want to be bothered with doing their jobs.

The refrigerator was not cleaned out. There was old food left in there. The bed was uncomfortable as it dipped in the middle. The pillows were pretty worn out. No toilet paper in the bathroom when we checked in. Front desk staff were not very pleasant except for one gentleman and the kitchen staff. Dirty towels left in bathroom. I expected the hotel to be better since in it was located in a nice area and the hotel was fairly new but no luck. Same old La Quinta.
