It was clean and comfortable, we had a great view over the Medina from the top of the hill.
Check in staff weren’t very helpful or informative. Just handed a 2 keys and said our room was upstairs, had to ask for the room number. Also didn’t offer any wifi information and nothing was in the room.
The wait staff in the restaurants are another story, they were incredible. Highly attentive and friendly.

Location superb overlooking the city. Being at the top, the stairs down mean a lot going up so keep that in mind for those with mobility issues. Rooftop bar is fabulous with super friendly staff although service very slow.

The hotel was very elegant and our room had a beautiful blue bathtub with a view overlooking the rooftops of the city. Our room’s balcony was huge and had a swing at the end of it. The rooftop restaurant had a great view, the food was excellent and the prices were very reasonable.

The location was the best thing about this hotel. How it overlooks this mesmerizing beautiful city. There’s a rooftop restaurant which I recommend.
The staff were hospital, especially Adel. Very helpful!
The rooms were mediocre, the bathrooms definitely need renovation. It lacks toiletries, cleanliness, and enough towels.
