Location is perfect and very convenient
Size of the flat is very good too
Not clean, you can see is old, size of toilet and shower rooms are too small, some knackered items like door handles coming off.

Spacious, large tv, beds comfortable, clean
Lots of wear and tear and damage around the property I.e smashed mirror also not much care has been taken on the finishes I.e missing threshold strips and untidy paintwork Also the “balcony”is actually an outdoor caged ground floor small space with a dryer on it x and the wardrobe in the back room couldn’t be used as it had a musty mop bucket that smelt badly everytimd the door was opened.
