The apartment was great, very well laid out, clean and comfortable. It was a great location and within walking distance to the centre of town and marina.
There was a washer included but the hours were restricted to 2-10. I think the cleaning staff puts their sheets and towels in the macihine and leaves them for the next day. We were not able to wash our clothes for both days of our stay.
We are asked to not leave any garbage which I have no problem with however they say there are places to dump it but we couldn't find any place to put it. The location where to put the garbage should be clearly I dictated and not up to the guest to find somewhere.

a cozy small apartment with a nice terrace, the location was just perfect to reach the harbor, grocery stores, center of the town with all the cafes and restaurants, and also the lovely Sciumara beach, all within 15 minutes walk.
The apartment was clean, there were additional pillows available. The kitchenette was tiny but it was possible to prepare simple meal.
The staff were very responsive (whatsapp) in case we had questions.
the parking is not really guaranteed and reserved for the apartment, you have to be lucky to find a spot in the parking lot mentioned in the listing. However, the staff were very responsive when I asked about other parking options on whatsapp.
The mattress in our apartment was incredibly soft, it felt like sleeping in a hole but I understand it's a matter of preference.
One more thing to mention is that you have to take out the trash at checkout (you have to take it to the harbor), otherwise they will not return the 50 Euro deposit - first time I saw this approach.

We spent a week at this property, just a short walk from the center of Palau, and really enjoyed it.
The atmosphere is peaceful.
The apartment is well-furnished and very clean. Its proximity to the harbor and beaches meant we didn't always have to use the car—even in the evening—which was very convenient.
Staff was always available and professional. This place was undoubtedly an excellent choice, as the reviews we read had suggested, and we can confirm that 100%. We thank the entire staff for giving us the opportunity to visit places that are unique in the world.
