amazing property very cosy and comfortable amenities were good. clean & tidy with your own car space and great shower

Nice and quiet ... no traffic noise

Everything you need was available

Just need some space on the counter to work on placing the mugs when making coffee or to put the plates if dishing up food. Initially very cold till figured out the heater in the room ..

We liked the location with parking right next to the guest house. It was lovely and warm with heater provided. Towels, shampoo and toiletries were available but brought our own. Host was very nice and helpful. It was peaceful and quiet, no student parties etc. We asked for an extra bed, but very disappointed when we realised it was a fold up camp bed, not suitable for an adult. No sink to wash up dishes and the bathroom sink was the size of a shoe box and had a shelf right above it so very difficult indeed to wash teeth. Good shower!

Not enough cutlery, no glasses, limited plates, cups etc, so it was very difficult as no sink to wash up. Provided 4 glass water bottles which was just as well as there was nowhere to fill the kettle. Should label identical sugar and salt containers as I made a coffee and threw up in the toilet as it was salt. Relieved we brought our own. Please check if there is a big squashed spider above the door inside the guest house as it was there when we arrived! Also rubbish bin was full from previous guests.
