I’d give it an 8/10 purely because of the location. The mountain-facing setting is unbeatable. Waking up to those views felt magical, and both the mornings and evenings were incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was excellent, with a different menu each day featuring authentic Thai fusion dishes, drinks, and desserts. The spacious bathroom was a nice touch, and the staff were attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with your partner, I would highly recommend this place.

Don’t be fooled by the pool photos. It’s not really a pool—the water level barely covers your ankles. I chose this property at this price point expecting a proper swimming pool, so it was very disappointing to discover that it was more of a visual feature than an actual pool. Without a real pool, the room feels quite expensive for what you get. The property has great potential, and adding a proper pool would significantly improve the experience. If they were to make that upgrade, I would definitely consider coming back. Another downside was the number of flies around the property. We couldn’t enjoy a single meal outdoors because we were constantly bothered by them. We also had to keep the windows closed most of the time, which was disappointing given the beautiful natural surroundings and views.

It's an amazing stay! I don't know why other reviews are complaining about the value for money, because it's an exceptional place! Everything about the house is amazing - all the appliances and the building itself! Doors, materials, furniture are solid and nice. The air there is sooo different. They even supply with coffee beans, coffee grinder and a filter coffee pot with a cute kettle to make your coffee. Not only coffee, but the also supply with loose tea and a very special tea pot. And they provide bath bombs for the bathtub. Breakfasts with the view - oh lord they're good, not only beautifully served but also delicious! The view you get right from your bed is unapologetically wonderful.

The water heater doesn't work very well so you can't have a hot-hot bathtub. I don't speak Thai much, so it was hard to communicate with staff. Tried to text them SMS in Thai but they didn't reply. It would've been better if we could communicate in a messenger.

The location was really nice however due to the mountainous area, we were not able to get water heater for shower. it was also impossible to contact the staff from the room which was inconvenient, but overall the place was lovely.
