Garden City Realty makes the process easy and the communication is great. The Gulf Stream Villa was very clean and very nice. The view from the deck is breath taking and the pool is very nice and private. We had a great week!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying in this unit for eight years now. And definitely things can be fixed by the owner. Especially for the amount we pay per week. The light in the shower in the upstairs bedroom has not worked for the last three years. The dining room table is extremely sticky and it has been like that since we have been renting there. The washer machine ruins clothes, so that also should be replaced and or fixed. Lastly, the wood floors. You have beautiful wood floors in the upstairs bedroom. I would do that throughout the second floor. Those floors are very uneven and cut my daughter’s foot badly this vacation. Also, the couches could be changed. They are extremely uncomfortable as are the chairs. I just wish that this unit was updated. It truly is our favorite vacation and we will continue to come, but I hope that the owner truly takes this into consideration and updates the property. We spend a lot of money every year and I think it’s time for him to update his property.
