Heron's Rest is a wonderful property and a tremendous value. That might initially seem at odds with the upscale price-point that this home commands, but there is a LOT going on. We came here for the weekend to celebrate a graduation and had 14 people spending the night and approximately 20 additional guests during the day. Upon arrival we were immediately impressed with the scale of the home and the detailed landscaping in the backyard. Inside, the rooms are nicely sized and there was no problem figuring out sleeping placement for the overnight guests. Outside there are MANY delightful places to sit and socialize. At no point did it seem crowded and it allowed everyone to spread out and not get on each other's nerves! We had several large meals and between the formal dining and outside dining areas, we were able to plate the meals together so that everyone was able to enjoy their food at the same time. We had a family video that everyone enjoyed on the large smart TV located in the theater room. Lots of small details...many bags of ice in the freezer, a pantry full of appliances such as a blender, Kitchen-Aid mixer, espresso machine, chaffing dishes, service for 50, lots of barware...much more than we expected. We bought some things we thought we'd need, but really only used our own sous vide and rice cooker. Bathrooms had cups and bottled water, plenty of linens, etc. Property was very clean inside with quality fixtures and finishes. Meticulously landscaped outside. A++++

This was the best house I have stayed at to date. It was clean, high quality furniture, a good amount of reasons to just stay at the house and enjoy some peace and quiet without even having to go anywhere. My Family LOVED our stay.

We stayed at Jeff & Sherri’s beautiful home for my daughter’s wedding last weekend at Spanish Hills Club. This was truly one of the best places we’ve stayed and was the absolutely perfect place to host our pre wedding events! We had the rehearsal dinner in the beautifully landscaped backyard which includes a magical koi pond, multiple seating options including a built in bar, jacuzzi, sauna and more! The day of the wedding, all of the bridesmaids, MOG, MOB were able to get ready there! The day after the wedding, we were all able to relax and enjoy all the wonderful amenities at this peaceful home!Jeff & Sherrie were outstanding hosts. They have this rental so well stocked we didn’t need to worry about a thing!Staying here added so much to our wedding weekend and made it even more special!Thank you Jeff & Sherrie! We hope to be back again soon!-Lori Tuthill

My family and friends stayed here for our wedding down the street at Stirling Hills. We really liked the beautiful house and plenty of amenities. We hosted a gathering after the wedding and had a blast. The game room gives people plenty to do and there are lots of other hang out spots on the property. Jeff was a wonderful and considerate host.
