Andrea was an exceptional host, very smooth and kind communication, and was very comfortable in the apartment. Being just a few minutes walk from the Gondola is amazing, and the ambience of the apartment is great.
No complaints

The place has a really homey feeling about it - like you can live there and not only stay for a couple of days. It has everything one might need. The appliances, furniture and consumables (soaps, coffee, etc...) were of very good quality. It is very warm and has a great view of the mountain. The location is excellent. The WiFi is strong and it has Netflix. The hosts are very kind and everything was super smooth and easy.
My only wish would be separate blankets for the bed - there was only a single really big one. There were a couple of couch blankets that were nice, but they aren't as warm as a proper thick bed blanket.
