Big and new basement unit.
Owner forgot to clean the unit after the previous occupants left with mess unclean table, kitchen and rubbish left on the floor until I called him, but thankfully he responded immediately and cleaned up the unit for us. In addition, the heating system was very noisy and difficult to sleep well.

The beds were comfy, and everything was well-equipped. The neighborhood is super quiet and lovely, and if you need a restaurant, gas station, or groceries, you’re just a 5-minute walk away.

It was nice, and it was new, we had everything we needed
It is very easy to hear the hosts upstairs. We stayed there 3 nights and every night the hosts were up walking until after 10PM and the floors would squeak and you could hear every step. One morning it sounded like they were bouncing a ball all morning, and on our second night, our hosts had some people over. It sounded like there were some young kids because they were screaming and running around upstairs and it was hard to relax at the end of our day. I understand it is their home, but the noise that night was a bit frustrating
