The friendliest staff I have ever encountered. Ouz went out of his way to accommodate us when we needed an early breakfast and when we needed to store our bags. He looked up tram information for us and was generally helpful and friendly. We requested 2 single rooms as we were two women travelling together but instead were given 2 separate bedrooms! What an amazing way to recover from a gruelling trip!
Breakfast was hearty and kept us going until dinner. I was only sorry that the hotel was sold out and unable to accommodate us for a whole week.
Very well located. Close to everything including the tram. Highly recommend

It was clean and well located, close to tram station connecting to Main bus terminal (otogar).
Surrounded by shops and eateries, walking distance to Old Town and Marina. Near buses that go to waterfalls.
Breakfast was good and staff were helpful and pleasant.
