Edwardian/ Victorian charm. Beautiful gardens Large first floor suite. Quiet and peaceful and wonderful host Ollie.
Would like to have stayed longer and explored the area more but had to get back home. Yarm has a lovely high street
To be honest it was lovely but stayed a night when the temperature outside suddenly dropped so was a little bit cold in my bedroom.Mentioned it to Ollie and he decided the summers now over and with autumn here he’d put the heating back on.

When we arrived you could smell the history of this 18th century guest house. The hosts (Izzy and Mikey) were exceptional, interesting and polite.
We enjoyed everything. However, if you're seeking your normal bog standard guest house then it might not be for you as it's rather 'quirky'

Ollie is a very welcoming and helpful host. The room was very comfortable and had been kept as cool as possible on one of the warmest days of the year.
