Good breakfast; we were given a room with a balcony and checked in early. A special thank you to the young woman at the reception for the check-in and her helpfulness.

From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I knew I was in or a wonderful stay. As I was travelling on my own, I especially appreciated how welcoming, professional and attentive the staff were from the very beginning. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the level of service was exceptional. I was shown to my room by a lovely porter who was incredibly polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything I needed to know about the hotel and made me feel very welcome and comfortable from the moment I arrived. I stayed for eight nights, and honestly, the entire experience was nothing short of perfection. My room was cleaned whenever I wanted, and whenever I needed anything extra — whether it was additional bottles of water, towels or anything else — it was provided without hesitation. The staff were consistently professional, helpful and genuinely attentive, which made travelling alone even more enjoyable. The location was absolutely phenomenal. There are various shops, restaurants and other amenities all within very easy reach, making everything incredibly convenient. I would also like to give a special shout-out to the lovely lady who cleaned my room. I unfortunately can’t remember her name, but I remember that her father is from Russia and her mother is from Uzbekistan. She was an absolute darling. She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect, was incredibly respectful and genuinely made my stay even more enjoyable. People like her really make a difference. From the very top to the very bottom, there was nothing but professionalism throughout the hotel. Everything was handled exceptionally well, and I genuinely cannot fault my experience. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend this hotel to anyone, especially solo travellers. It was an absolutely amazing stay, and I will definitely be visiting again. Five stars without a doubt! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended!

Nothing was great

I really liked how clean and well-maintained the property was, as well as the comfortable atmosphere and convenient location. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Seher, and Roni who were welcoming, professional, and always happy to assist. Their excellent customer service really made my stay more enjoyable. Overall, I had a great experience.
