The staff - Sue was very very friendly and helpful
Window is very very small. We are in grand floor, felt like in the basement , felt quite strange with such small room with small window

I loved how the room was compact and spacious at the same time and very close to the metro station.
It was a little confusing to find the toilet handle.

Stayed there to help move my son move back to the US after he graduated from college there. Close to transportation, restaurants, convenience stores, etc. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
No dislikes about this place. No frills, but I just needed a place to sleep at night. Don't expect expansive views or luxurious accommodations. My room had one small window, but I kept the drapes closed most of the time so it didn't matter.

Great location. Easy checking and access to the station. Busy area with lots of local food and shops
My room only had one window that opened up to a car park, with zero privacy. The shower also flooded everyone I used it. I was on ground floor and I think it was a budget room - but overall worth the money
