The apartment was very spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pillows were very comfy. The hosts were proactive and called us right away to check if we needed anything else."
The elevator was not working, so we had to walk up to the 3rd floor. Also, there were trash bags everywhere on the street in front of the building."
The elevator was not working, so we had to walk up to the 3rd floor. The street in front of the building was full of trash bags. On top of that, the €100 cleaning fee was misleadingly hidden in the Booking offer. When I realized the mistake and contacted them immediately, the host refused to cooperate, cancel the booking, or issue a refund. Unprofessional and hidden costs!"

Silencioso, luminoso, cómodo, muy agradable.
Por decir algo, quizá una sartén nueva. Pero todo estaba genial.
