Very nice and cozy hotel.
Everything feels new and well maintained.
The owner is very kind, friendly, and helpful.
The location is very central, and the AC works great.
The showers are nice and new, the bed is very comfortable, and there’s a cute little garden outside that adds a really nice touch.
Overall, a lovely place to stay!

I stopped only for one night as I arrived late in the evening from Mestia. Very convenient location in the city center, big clean room with very comfortable bed. The small kitchen area that I didn't get to use was well equipped for breakfast in the morning (no cooking plate). The staff was polite, although I couldn't speak Georgian they called someone to help me at check in.
The walls are a bit thin so I could hear other guests arriving in the morning
