Stayed on 7th floor with balcony. Would recommend. All staff were fantastic. Helpful, informative and fun

Great location….away from the touristy area of V and A neighbourhood. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. Close to Hop on Hop off stop as well as other tour starting points

Everything about this hotel is incredible
The staff cannot do enough for you. We felt welcomed at every moment and even helped us out with a new room when we missed our flight and a free breakfast. The kindest and best hotel staff we have ever experienced. The hotel lives up to the photos!

The hotel is super well located. in front of the entrance you can find several pubs, restaurants and bar. there is a vivid night light surrounding. It is also nearby to many attractions, such as Bo-Kaap neighborhood.
there is no way you can park a car near to the hotel, you need to use a public parking lot and it is quite expensive, besides the trouble to move luggage around, the street of the hotel’s entrance is closed for cars, so you need to carry them on.
my reservation has breakfast included but the guy at the reception told me it was not. I escalated to booking.com to solve that and booking.com told me that the hotel “didn’t know anything” - they could’ve been honest at least.
