This was the most adorable property with plenty of things to do. Clean pool, clean grills, lounge space that felt private by the creek.

Very nice environment with a real homely experience. Beautiful area with wildlife walking around.

Yes, place was wonderful. I mean like something out of a novel. This place was off the road, kind of tucked into a cul-de-sac of its own and I mean wow. We had a babbling Brook, a pool, a hot tub and wildlife almost crossing the property. Also, from this vantage point, we were able to navigate the city and figure it all out very easily meant to Springs is wonderful. It’s a small town and you can figure it out almost immediately. And I could’ve stayed anywhere in Manatee Springs, but this place was IT. Thank you, Town & Country cottages you made her stay dreamlike.

We stayed at several places while in Colorado, but Town-N-Country Cottages was by far our favorite. Andrea was absolutely amazing and made sure our stay was wonderful. We will definitely be back in the future.
