The apartment and the complex were excellent, especially the various amenities, such as the infinity pool, the large swimming pool, and the paddle courts, all of which were accessible through an app. The views from the apartment were magnificent (especially at dawn and dusk), and the space, extremely comfortable: Air conditioning, which was quiet and worked perfectly, almost immediately cooling all the rooms; plenty of hot water which was available at all times; spacious and well-designed living room with very comfortable furniture; a large counter for cooking and adequate cooking utensils and facilities; a large fridge and freezer, essential for the time of the year; and ample outside furniture for lounging and dining.

Some poor communication, lack of attention to detail and certain deficiencies took the edge off somewhat of an otherwise wonderful experience. A holiday should be carefree and smooth, especially one that costs several thousand Euros!
