This cabin was amazing! Beautiful view, clean and lots of room! We had a great time. The pool was so nice. My nephews went swimming and enjoyed the hot tub every day we were there. There wasn’t a lack of anything to do at the cabin or in the Pigeon Forge area. I’ve been there a few times in the past and this was one of the best vacations I’ve had. Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful trip with our grown children and grandchild. The pool was fun and we enjoyed sitting in the hot tub while admiring the view. The theater room was great for our family movie night (8 seats) and the porches were relaxing. There was plenty of space for everyone to be able to spread out and also be together. The trip into Pigeon Forge did not take too long. We recommend this house.

Plenty of room for large group. Beautiful views. Large deck was very nice. Plenty of outdoor seating. Initial communication was good. Lack of communication on issues identified. Dishwasher did not work the 4 days of our stay. While the host tried to get it resolved it was still disappointing washing dishes for 14 people. I felt like I had to keep following up. Air upstairs did not work 1 st day. Resolved quickly Hot tub was in need of being cleaned. I did not report this issue because the other items were more important.

We had a great time at this cabin with our family (11 total) the view was amazing. The heated indoor pool and hot tub was great once we actually we able to get in to use it. The arcade games were a blast for the kids. We saw a bear down below the decks which was super cool. The beds were comfortable.Unfortunately there were some issues with the house and had to have maintenance come out. The maintenance man was amazing and we were so greatful for him. The floors are separating and coming up in places making a tripping hazard. The pool door lock and the door lock to hot tub were rusted shut and maintenance came to get them opened. A toilet seat was broken. There was a missing remote and couldn’t work one of the TVs in main floor bedroom. The WiFi kept buffering and not having a strong signal so TVs/phones wouldn’t always work properly. Wardrobes in a few of the rooms had pieces that were broken. The side table in the living room was so wobbly no one trusted it to put their drink on it. The house really needs a good deep clean as fans, cabinets and fixtures had dust covering them. The kitchen was nice but only had one cookie sheet. Some bathrooms were missing hand soaps. Some of the sliding barn doors are not on track properly. They must not check the shower curtains because they were starting to get red moldy and stained. Make sure to bring trash bags, extra towels. The outdoor grill burners were rusted and only 2-3 would light. The owner communicated decently and quickly.
