This condo served our family of 5 well for our quick 3-day stay. There was enough space to serve as home base for a lot of trips in-and-out as we tried to make the most of a short time in Branson. It was a little small four our three busy kids, but that is perhaps the sacrifice to get a reasonable price. The condo was clean and comfortable. There was enough of a kitchen to cook a few simple meals, and we utilized the laundry facilities often after our outdoor adventures. The location was nice, putting us about 15-20 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go in Branson. We also enjoyed being close enough to take a morning walk down to the water. We also enjoyed the opportunity to use the community pool—one of the reasons we booked this place. (The communication was quick and easy when we needed help finding the pool.)Sleep was a challenge for our kids. Admittedly, part of that was being away from home and the excitement of being on vacation. But it was exacerbated by the squeaky bunk beds and a bedroom that was bright with daylight both late into the night and early in the morning. This is not necessarily the fault of the property, just something for families to be aware of.Overall, we were happy with our stay and would recommend this place for a home base-type stay.

Clean and fun place to stay!

The condo was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Easy check in/out process. Would stay there again.

This property was nice. My suggestions for the owner, fix the windows so they can open, fix the sliding door screen so the beautiful weather could have been enjoyed on the deck. Also for future stays change out the bunk beds in t he second bedroom with twinbbeds . It would also be helpful to have one building for those traveling with pets. I have dogs at home , but spent several nights listening to our neighbors dogs barking and howling while they wrre out.beds.
