PERLAGE Apartment Verona

Excellent location

In the middle of everything yet very quiet

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful Verona apartment! The space was gorgeous, beautifully decorated, and truly felt like a special place to stay in the heart of Verona. It was the perfect home base for our time in Verona, and we really enjoyed coming home to such a lovely apartment each day. One of the biggest highlights, though, was our host. After years of traveling throughout Europe and renting apartments, I can honestly say this was one of the best communicators I have ever worked with. They were incredibly responsive, kind, helpful, and thoughtful throughout our entire stay. We truly appreciated how attentive they were to anything we needed. The one major disappointment during our stay was that the elevator was out of service. With our 68-pound suitcases, carrying everything up several flights of stairs was definitely a challenge! That said, our hosts were incredibly kind and understanding about the inconvenience and even offered to buy us dinner as a gesture of apology, which we thought was exceptionally thoughtful and generous. One other thing future guests may want to know is that, while the apartment itself is beautiful, it does not have a balcony or a particular city view. If you're expecting the type of balcony overlooking the rooftops that you may find in some other Italian cities, this isn't that type of property. We just want future guests to know that going in so their expectations match the apartment. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and well-managed home base for exploring Verona. The apartment was gorgeous, and the exceptional communication and hospitality from our hosts made our stay even better!

Amazing location, makes exploring the city so easy. All amenities were perfect, finishing touches throughout the apartment were beautifully considered. Beds, linen and pillows were 5 star hotel quality.

Everything was PERFECT: the location, the service, the apartment is very clean. The property manager is very kind, was easily reachable during all our stay and provided with all necessary information. We are very satisfied with our stay in this apartment.
