Stay was top! Top location right by the beach, very comfortable and spacious sea facing room. Staff was very nice and helpful, accommodated check-in at late night, answered all our questions and requests. Great breakfast. Overall great stay and value for money. Will definitely come again and definitely recommend.
Nothing, everything was top!

The location is very good. On a very calm street, but less than 5min walking from the main road and 100m from the beach.
The room has been recently renovated.
The room was fully equipped with fridge and kettle and both AC and fan and the WiFi worked really well. The water pressure was very good and there was hot water, even though it wasn't needed as it was hot.
The entire staff, specially the manager Mr. Pravin Bhalerao was very lovely and helped us have a good time there. They even booked a tour and helped us with our itinerary.
The bathroom door didn't lock from the outside, only from the inside, so it stayed just a bit open. We were worried about the bugs, but none came in.

It is quite good. Clean and comfortable. Food is enjoyable.
Staffs are very co-operative. Owner takes care about your need.
Sea is really near, only few steps from the stay. Good value for money.
Do not book sea-facing room, you cannot see the sea from there as expected.
Do not book car through the home stay, it will cost more than the market rate.

The place was good and most importantly clean.
We stay for 4 nights and the room was cleaned 3rd day itself and were quick to respond.
Candolim beach was just a minute walk
Overall comfort and lovely vacation
