Great location
New, modern set of apartments in residential area 3 min walk to old town and 5-6mins away from train/bus station by taxi (could walk in about 15 mins)
Stayed in room 103 on ground floor. There is a lift available for floors 2 and 3
Very clean, well equipped apartment with nice bathroom, high ceilings and smallish kitchenette area, easily suitable for a few days stay.
Comfortable bed, large bedroom
Entrance to building and apartment via code provided. Feels very secure
Excellent food court 80m away towards old town (think it's called Galician)
Would stay here again
nothing really. Nit-picking to mention but possibly slightly better soundproofing from above apartment - possible rubber stoppers on chair legs to stop noise when chairs being pulled out from table but I suppose this depends on other guests

Die lage war top
For the price, we expected more. The fitted sheet was dirty, the floor had not been vacuumed, and the kitchen drain smelled bad. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and squeaky, and there were too few shelves and hooks. The dishwasher and freezer also kept breaking down.
