We have just left Nivaas after a 2 night stay and it far exceeded our expectations. We were a little worried due to the lower amount of reviews compared to other places we had booked during our trip, however we shouldn’t have been. I echo what many of the other 5-star reviews say. The location was incredibly quiet and peaceful, the accommodation was faultless (meticulously clean, comfortable beds, fantastic seating areas and private outdoor shower). The swimming pool was beautiful. The highlight was the staff who were on hand for anything you need and essentially provide a butler service, whether that be the pool or our room. Everyone was friendly from the gentleman on the the gate, to those helping with our luggage or maintaining the garden. Aside from Shiv (one of the owners), Santosh primarily looked after us and he was wonderful, Balram (the chef) made excellent food which was delicious and we were never left hungry! Shiv coordinated with our driver to arrange all transfers to and from the safaris, a Ranthambore fort tour and outdoor cooking demonstration which made the stay very relaxing. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else when next visiting Ranthambore! Thank you very much to the whole team.

The location is more remote down a rough track, however given that Nivaas arranged transfers for us this really wasn’t a big problem!

Outstanding service from all the staff. You are made to feel completely at home and looked after so well and thoroughly. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with open arms with a drink and a towel. Special service. The food is amazing. The best curry we have eaten during our time in India. The owner- shiv is an extremely kind and genuine man and ensured a perfect stay for us. We loved all the information and conversation we shared! The manager Hemendra is a great host- once again- really genuine and kind. Great at his job and looked after us so well. The rest of the staff are warm and friendly and do all they can to ensure we are happy and looked after. The location is fantastic- only 5 minutes drive to the entrance of the park. Surrounded by wildlife and fields- a special place to relax! The rooms are so spacious, stylish and spotlessly clean. A fantastic swimming pool and communal space to relax between safari. The views of the mountains in the park are amazing. Everything was organised for us from taxi services to safari and the entire experience was faultless. The place is brand new and destined for success. We would recommend it to anyone and can’t imagine doing safari at Ranthambore from anywhere else.

Are you going on a safari in Ranthambore National Park? Then Nivaas is the perfect place to stay!! You won’t find a more peaceful and beautiful place than this, situated just 5 mins by car from the National Park entrance. You are warmly welcomed by wonderful Nivaas owner Shiv and his lovely team, who truly go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. You immediately feel that this is a home away from home. The property consists of only six newly built big bungalows. You have every amenity you could wish for. The rooms are elegant, fresh, and beautiful, with plenty of space, surrounded by a stunning and well-maintained garden and a pool. In the evening, a bonfire is lit, accompanied by delicious food and cozy live music. So if you are planning a safari in Ranthambore, I can highly recommend this place. We will definitely come back! We had fantastic drives in private jeep - and sighted 4 tigers during our two drives. Exceptional!

It’s a beautiful property managed by an enterprising owner and very professional staff who chose to put time and effort in making the guests feel special. The rooms are airy , spotlessly clean and tastefully done up. The food is simple but cooked fresh and homely with thoughtful ingredients. The linen was clean and welcoming.

I felt the lighting in the rooms was a little less. We could cater for items likes shower cap for ladies and geysers with larger capacity as hot water runs out quickly.
