The cabin was as described. Comfortable for 5 adults. Very clean. We enjoyed the back porch after a day of riding the motorcycles on the parkway. Close enough to a store if we needed groceries. A nice relaxing getaway.
We were in a back cabin, we had free parking on the hill. We liked the privacy the back cabin offered, we would've preferred parking next to the cabin because of the motorcycles. Not horrible, we had easy access to our vehicles.

Comfortable, convenient, peaceful and relaxing location. Everything included that one might need. Great back porch. Great access to Blue Ridge Parkway and Floyd. Bonus local homemade candy shop - tasty truffles and caramels. Nice that cabin is set apart from others. Host was easily accessible, though we had no issues. Thumbs up.

The overall cabin feel
I'm 78 and you had to access the property by descending wooden stairs on a hill. Wasn't easy transferring luggage and it rained when we left making it more difficult. If it had been raining on arrival we may not have been able to safely get to the cabin. Although the adjoining woodland belonged to someone else the view from the porch wasn't great as many trees needed cutting. Also have to be honest we found the beds far to soft to our liking but am sure many others loved them

Only one bathroom.
