The cottage has many charms, the kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed sitting outside with a cup of tea.
The lack of cleanliness- do not book if you are scared of spiders. There were large cobwebs and spiders in one of the bathrooms. These were not recently made webs but established and immediately noticeable. There were numerous dead flies and wood lice left on the windowsills, a layer of dust on the bathroom pipes and a huge dust ball in the room my elderly mother stayed in.
